Are your works and prints archival?

Yes! I use high pigment professional oil paints which are made to stand the test of time. Additionally, I paint on 100% cotton Arches oil paper which is archival and features a powerful protective oil barrier. My prints are giclee printed on to Hahnemühle Bamboo paper which is acid and lignin-free, meeting requirements for fine art age resistance.

Do you offer commissions?

Yes I do! If you have something specific in mind, get in touch here and or send directly to jacquibassettart [at] gmail.com.

I offer no-obligation commissions: this means that following a discussion to establish what you want (the mood, subject, colour palette, and size), then I’ll send you photos and videos of the completed piece. If you are happy, only then is payment made. You are under no obligation to purchase.

What if I don't like my purchase when I see it face-to-face?

Buying a piece of original art is a big investment. I understand that and I want to support you through this process. Prior to purchasing, you can ask me any questions about the work/s you are interested in using my contact form or email directly at jacquibassettart [at] gmail.com. Additionally, if you are within driving distance to the Lake District, you are welcome to view and collect you works from my studio in WIndermere. Alternatively, close-up photos and videos can be provided on request.

However, in the unlikely event you and your new painting aren’t a match, I will offer a full refund for the cost of the painting, excluding shipping. I advise that you contact me as soon as possible if you are considering a return as refunds are only available for two weeks from date of purchase. All items must be returned in the condition in which it was received. 

I saw a painting in your gallery, is it available for purchase?

All available paintings are listed in the shop. So, if it’s not in the shop it’s unfortunately unavailable. However, if you can’t find what you’re looking for, I can create a commissioned piece that hits the spot.

Fine art prints are available in my shop. 

I want a print of a painting that isn’t listed in the shop. Are you able to order it for me?

Can I have my order framed?

Unfortunately, due to the cost of delivery I’m unable to supply items framed. However, you can get in touch using the contact form if you would like some guidance about framing.

How much is shipping?

The cost of shipping is calculated at checkout. If you can have any queries, just get in touch.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes I do! Shipping will automatically be calculated at the checkout for the majority of countries. However, if your country is not in our system just get in touch and I’ll be able to arrange shipping for you.
